Blender no bake cheesecake recipe (quick and easy cheesecake)

This is a recipe for making a no bake cheesecake. The recipe is only simple ingredients and can be made almost entirely in a blender.
Ingredients:
1-2 Packages of sweet crackers (like graham crackers)
1/3 cup melted butter (or margarine)
2 cups cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 package of cream cheese (250g | 9oz)
Flavoring or topping of choice

Directions:

Crust
To make the crust, you will want to crush the crackers until it is a powder. Add the powder to a pie tin (or your pan of choice) and add the melted butter. Mix until consistent then pack with a spoon.

Cream
Add the two cups (chilled) cream to the blender. Blend for 15-30 seconds while shaking the blender up and down. Blend until whipped.
More detailed instructions with video and picture for how to whip the cream in a blender.
Mix in the sugar.

Cheesecake
Cut the cream cheese into small blocks and put it in the blender with the cheese. Add the flavoring you would like for your cake (for my cake I added 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon. Other suggestions might be cocoa powder, peanut butter, citrus extract, peppermint extract, candy cane, etc...).
Mix together until consistent. Once consistent, pour onto crust.

Refrigerate before serving (I will often put it in the freezer to speed up the process so I can eat it sooner, if you do this make sure you don't do it too long or it will be difficult to cut).

Note:
I have done this where I didn't even bother to whip the cream; I just added everything in the blender. While this seemed to work, the texture seems just a bit better if you whip the cream first.

Below is a video of me mixing the cream and cream cheese together. Below the video are photos of the entire process.

After you have blended the crackers, add the crumbs to a pie tin.

I like to add a bit of cinnamon to the crust.

Mix the butter till consistent.

Press down on the crust till firm.

Add the cream to the blender.

Blend for about 15-30 seconds while shaking the blender up and down.

Add 1/3 cup white sugar to the cream.

Cut up the cream cheese in pieces and add to the blender.

Alternate between mixing with a spoon and blending.

Add whatever flavoring you would like.

Pour cake onto crust.

After you have put the crust together, you can optionally add fruit toppings if you would like.

Enjoy! (refrigerate for a few hours before trying to cut it; otherwise it will be like soup and fuse together as you cut)
